The P5 specific security level in accordance with DIN 66399 is suitable for data containing confidential information with fundamental importance for a person, company or institution, such as patents, construction documents, strategic papers, competitor analysis and process documentation. It cuts paper into 16mm2 (2x8mm) pieces using Micro Cut technology. The device shreds all documents so finely that it is impossible to restore the destroyed information.
The document shredder destroys confidential data not only in paper documents, but also in electronic media (such as CDs, plastic cards, certificates, credit cards, etc.). There is no need to remove the paper clips from the bundle of documents to be destroyed, this device destroys them easily.
The capacity of the bin is 25 liters. There are separate bins for paper and CD/DVD discs. The transparent box shows the bin fill level.
The device can destroy up to 12 sheets of paper at once, it ensures continuous work for 10 minutes. To protect the motor from overheating, the device must cool down for 40 minutes before it can continue working again.
Anti-jam function: the shredder automatically stops and reverses the motor if too much paper is loaded.
The noise level of the document shredder is only 55dB.
