A new generation of automatic leveling
The QiDi Q2 Combo uses a leveling sensor in which the nozzle itself acts as the sensor. This means actual contact with the table surface, without the need for an offset probe. This eliminates errors resulting from inaccurate measurements or differences in the table surface. Automatic leveling is completely maintenance-free and allows you to quickly prepare the printer for operation, ensuring accurate placement of the first layer.
High speed and precise movement
The CoreXY design and the new 1.5GT belt with higher tooth density ensure smoother head movement. This reduces vibration and limits the formation of artifacts visible on the surface of prints. Intelligent resonance control further stabilizes the mechanism, so even at high speeds, the printer maintains good detail quality and smooth model surfaces.
Efficient hotend for technical materials
The new hotend design allows operation at temperatures up to 370°C. The ceramic throat and redesigned heat dissipation system help reduce the risk of nozzle clogging during long prints. The bimetallic hardened steel nozzle increases wear resistance, which is especially important when working with filaments containing carbon or glass fibers.
Stable working chamber and temperature control
The printer is equipped with a second-generation heated working chamber that can reach temperatures of up to 65°C. This makes it possible to print more demanding materials, such as ABS or PC, with less risk of deformation. The heated bed with an aluminum base and double-sided PEI plate ensures good adhesion of models and facilitates their removal after printing.
Smart features and operation monitoring
The QiDi Q2 Combo offers a set of features that support convenient operation. The camera allows you to preview your print in up to 1080p resolution and create timelapse recordings. Sensors detect when filament is running low, and the optional QIDI Box system allows for multi-color printing and material entanglement detection. The power failure recovery system allows you to continue printing without having to start over from the beginning.
AI camera and print error detection
The QiDi Q2 Combo printer is equipped with an AI camera that monitors the printing process and helps detect potential problems during operation. The system analyzes the image in real time and can detect irregularities such as the so-called "spaghetti" effect, which occurs when the print peels off the table or the filament begins to accumulate in an uncontrolled manner. This makes it possible to quickly notice the problem and react, which increases the safety of the printer and reduces material waste during long or more demanding prints.
