Revopoint Inspire 2 3D Scanner
The Revopoint Inspire 2 is a compact, handheld 3D scanner designed for use in both mobile and stationary modes. It utilizes dual-camera technology with structured infrared light and a multi-line laser, allowing the scanning method to be tailored to specific applications. The device supports objects ranging from 20 × 20 × 20 mm to as large as 2 × 2 × 2 m, and with single-frame accuracy of up to 0.05 mm and precision of up to 0.03 mm, it is ideal for projects requiring detailed mapping. The Inspire 2 works with computers (Windows, macOS) as well as mobile devices (Android, iOS), offering great flexibility. This is complemented by fast scanning at up to 90 frames per second and export to popular 3D formats, making the model immediately ready for further use.

Precision That Makes a Difference
Accuracy of up to 0.05 mm translates to highly faithful reproduction of details, which is crucial when working with mechanical components, sculptures, or reference models. In practice, this means fewer corrections during post-processing and greater fidelity of the model to reality. Additionally, volumetric accuracy of 0.05 mm + 0.1 mm × object length ensures that proportions and dimensions are preserved even in larger scans, which is particularly important in reverse engineering or part design.

Two scanning modes – greater flexibility
The use of two scanning technologies provides greater control over the final result. Structured light is ideal for quickly capturing shapes and working with objects of varied geometry, while laser mode enables more accurate reproduction of details and more challenging surfaces. This allows you to select the operating mode for a specific project, rather than adapting the project to the device’s capabilities.

Scanning Difficult Surfaces
Thanks to 11 parallel infrared laser lines, the scanner performs better on dark, shiny, or low-contrast surfaces. As a result, the need for matte sprays or additional object preparation is reduced. This speeds up the entire process and allows you to focus on the work rather than the preparations.

Mobility and ease of use
Its light weight (approx. 190 g) and compact dimensions make the Inspire 2 comfortable to use with one hand, even during longer sessions. Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile device support allow you to work without a computer, which is useful in the field or in situations where speed is of the essence. Additionally, the working range at various distances (from approx. 150 to 400 mm) makes it easy to scan both smaller and larger objects.

Ready-to-use models for further processing
The scanner saves data in popular formats such as STL, OBJ, PLY, FBX, and GLTF, allowing you to easily transfer the model to CAD software, animation tools, or 3D printing slicers. Revo Scan software allows you to edit point clouds and meshes, fill in gaps, and prepare the model without the need for external applications. This makes the entire process—from scan to finished file—more seamless.

Wide Range of Applications
The Inspire 2 is used in many areas—from reverse engineering and quality control to creating models for games and animations. It can also be used for digitizing historical objects or preparing models for 3D printing. Its versatility stems from a combination of accuracy, mobility, and the ability to work with various types of surfaces.

Premium Edition – even greater mobility
The Premium Edition builds on the standard kit and adds accessories that facilitate mobile work. Thanks to them, you can use the scanner without needing a constant connection to a computer, which is particularly useful in the field or during quick measurements. An additional phone mount allows you to conveniently connect the scanner to your smartphone, and a power bank provides power in locations without access to an outlet. The package is rounded out with mounting hardware and cables that simplify setup and speed up getting started.
