General terms for using discount codes, coupons and gift cards in the Datafox online store.
General provisions
These terms govern the use of discount codes/coupons and gift cards issued by the Datafox online store.
The terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Estonia, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Law of Obligations Act.
The rules for discount codes and gift cards may be campaign-based, and each code may carry different conditions (validity period, product range, etc.) that are stated with the specific campaign.
The Datafox online store has the right to unilaterally change the terms by publishing the changes on its website. Changes do not apply retroactively to campaign codes already in effect.
Discount codes
A discount code (coupon) is a code that gives the customer a certain discount or benefit.
Each discount code is valid according to the terms of the specific campaign (e.g. validity period, minimum order, limited product range).
A discount code can be entered in the shopping cart or during checkout (the last step) in the coupon field.
If the code is valid and meets the conditions, the discount is applied automatically.
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
A minimum order value of €20 applies to using a discount code, unless stated otherwise.
Expired, incorrectly entered or non-compliant codes will not apply.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, unless stated otherwise in the campaign terms.
When an order is cancelled or returned, the monetary value of a used discount code is not refunded. Reusing the code depends on its validity and campaign terms.
Gift cards
A Datafox online store gift card is an electronic value card that can only be used to buy products in the Datafox online store.
The value of the gift card is set at the time of purchase.
The gift card code is entered in the shopping cart or in the last step of checkout in the coupon field.
If the total order exceeds the gift card value, the customer pays the difference with a suitable payment method.
A gift card can be used only once — if the order value is below the gift card amount, the remaining balance is not retained. Partial use and using several gift cards on one order are not supported.
A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or returned, except in cases provided by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaced.
Liability and dispute resolution
The Datafox online store is not liable for technical errors or damages caused by third parties in connection with the use of discount codes or gift cards.
In case of suspected fraud, misuse or other violations, the Datafox online store has the right to cancel a discount code, gift card or order.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement of the parties, the consumer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
