Safe packing
The product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Pack the device securely to prevent damage during transport.
Individuals only
The 14-day return right applies to consumers (private individuals). Business purchases are subject to special terms.
Purchase document
Please keep the invoice or order confirmation. The order number is sufficient for returns.

Send the package
The customer pays the return shipping cost, except in the case of a defective product.
Refund
We issue the refund as soon as we have received the return, inspected it and confirmed it meets the requirements. The refund reaches your bank account within 3 business days.
